The TRTOI team integrates the following core units to jointly advance data collection, analysis and translation:
Biomedical Data Processing
Responsible for specimen workflows and the generation and quality control of multi-omics data.
Digital Pathology and Radiology
Digital pathology reading of kidney biopsies, fibrosis quantification, and AI analysis of ultrasound images.
Nephrology
Enrollment, clinical phenotyping and long-term follow-up, linking research with clinical care.
Transplant Surgery and Urology
Provide tissue sources such as nephrectomy specimens to expand the tissue atlas.
Information Management
Develop pipelines to integrate electronic health records.
Big Data Center & Biobank
Secure storage with distributed backup and specimen archiving, supporting hospital-wide research.
