TRTOI prospectively collects kidney biopsy specimens from participants with kidney disease to build a comprehensive kidney tissue atlas, identify molecular disease subgroups, and discover novel therapeutic targets. By integrating clinical, molecular, and histopathological data, TRTOI aims to identify disease signatures associated with chronic kidney disease progression and rapid kidney function decline.
